You Ship
You can ship your inventory to us with any carrier that you choose, whether that be small parcel carriers like UPS, Fedex, or USPS, or freight carriers for larger shipments.

We Prep
Within 48 hours of receiving your shipment of products, we will provide all necessary prep services as discussed. Once that is done, we will input your items into your preferred Amazon software and get them prepared for shipping to Amazon warehouses.

They Deliver
Your product is passed off to our trusted carrier partners to be delivered to Amazon warehouses via mail services or freight, depending on your preference.

What services do you offer for Amazon sellers?
We provide comprehensive inventory-prepping services for Amazon sellers, including labeling, packaging, quality checks, and compliance reviews. Additionally, we offer long-term storage solutions to safely keep your inventory until it is ready to be shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Do you accept shipments from Online Arbitrage (OA) or Retail Arbitrage (RA)?
Yes we do, as long as there is a way to identify that the shipment belongs to your account. Please contact us to discuss more details.

Would you accept my customers' returns for me? (FBA and/or 3PL)
Yes! We offer a robust set of reverse logistics services. We can inspect your returns, determine if they are eligible for resale, liquidation, or disposal, based on your criteria, and handle them however you see fit for your items. Our reverse logistics services are different for every client, so please contact us so we can see how we can best suit your needs. Please note: If you want your items sent back to FBA for resale, they will incur a prep fee when doing so.

Do you accept international shipments?
Yes we do, but the client is entirely responsible for all customs fees and clearances.

How does your long-term storage work?​​
Our long-term storage service allows you to store your inventory in our secure facility. We offer flexible storage terms with no contracts required, ensuring you can manage your inventory needs without long-term commitments.

Are there any items you cannot store or prep?
We comply with all of Amazon's standards and regulations, but there are restrictions on hazardous materials, perishable goods, and certain high-value items. Please contact us for a detailed list of non-acceptable items for storage and prep.

What are your pricing models for inventory prepping and storage?
Our pricing is based on the volume of goods, the complexity of the preparation required, and the duration of storage. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and we can provide a customized quote based on your specific needs.

How do you ensure the security of the stored inventory?
Our warehouse is equipped with advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and controlled access. Our facility is closed access, and not open to the public. Our staff is thoroughly trained in security protocols to ensure your inventory is protected at all times. In addition, we do have a business insurance policy that covers the loss of your products while in our facility.

Do you offer any climate-controlled zones for sensitive items?
Yes, we have climate-controlled zones designed to store temperature-sensitive items such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and certain organic products. Please specify your needs when you contact us.

How quickly can you prep and ship my inventory to Amazon?
Our standard turnaround time for inventory prepping is 24-48 hours after receiving your goods. Shipping times to Amazon fulfillment centers depend on the chosen logistics options and destination. Please contact us if your items require rushed prepping.

What happens if there is a problem with my inventory upon arrival at Amazon?
We ensure that all prepped items meet Amazon’s standards before shipment. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including managing returns, repackaging, or providing documentation for claims.

Do you accept shipping containers?
At this time, we cannot accept large shipping containers at our facility. We can freely accept pallets of any quantity.

Are there NDAs (Non-disclosure Agreements) available before working with you?
Yes, we will gladly sign NDAs before doing business with you, to protect your buying leads and ensure they remain confidential. This is only done upon request.

When and how should I expect to pay for services provided?
We currently take payment via credit card invoices and also Paypal. Payment frequency depends on the client. When you first start sending us product, we will likely charge you on a per-shipment (daily) basis, meaning your credit card on file will be charged as your prepped shipments leave the facility. But typically, we would invoice you weekly.
